Frequently asked questions

What is Strong Mind Strong Performance?

Strong Mind Strong Performance is a mental strengthening program designed to help youth athletes (ages 13–18) build confidence, focus, and emotional control—on and off the field. Rooted in the belief that confidence is a skill, not a personality trait, the program equips athletes with structured tools like visualization, self-talk, and recovery routines. Whether through guided coaching or self-paced lessons, we help athletes turn their mental game into their competitive edge. It’s not about fixing what’s wrong—it’s about unlocking the greatness already inside them..

How does your product/service work?
  1. Start with the Confidence Assessment
Your athlete completes a 50-question diagnostic that reveals their current confidence patterns, strengths, and areas for growth. It’s designed specifically for youth ages 13–18.

  2. Get a Personalized Report
You receive a detailed breakdown highlighting where your athlete is most and least confident, along with insights into mindset habits and inconsistencies.

  3. Choose Your Path Forward
Based on the report, you can choose to:

    • Work with a certified coach for weekly one-on-one sessions and guided mental training

    • Or follow our self-guided curriculum with 12 lessons packed with tools, exercises, and reflection prompts.

  4. Build a Stronger Mental Game
Each week, your athlete will learn how to visualize success, reset after mistakes, manage pressure, and lead with confidence—transforming their mindset into their competitive advantage.

Why does this work?

Mental training helps to improve: focus, concentration, increases confidence, helps athletes manage stress, increase motivation, and control emotions. Athletes who regularly engage in mental training often find themselves better prepared, more composed, and more resilient during competition

How often do you schedule sessions?

With school and other commitments, most youth athlete families prefer to meet weekly. We can create flexibility with scheduling if meeting more or less frequently works better with the schedule. Consistency around the meeting cadence will be key to implementation and goal monitoring.
