Who Can See What

• Students: Their own reflections and growth

• Guardians: High-level insights (not raw recordings)

• Coaches: Developmental feedback only

• Institutions: Aggregated, anonymized trends

Audio & Recording Rules

• Recordings auto-delete after 30 days

• Audio is never archived by default

• Safety review happens only if concern arises
